the seahotel schiff is located directly on the beautiful lake and guests can enjoy the view of the water.At the end of December 2016 we were eating at 4th overnight. the bratwurst an zwiebelsause - as one is used to in eastern Switzerland - was very wonderfully prepared, but the supplement was not, because the served rösti was burned (black, not dark brown). When the waiter suggested to me the teller, I immediately noticed that the rösti had a little bit fried, or too dark. Without licking with the lasher, he replied that he was so and removed from the table. I - and also my friends - were speechless! because we were hungry and I didn't want to organize a huge tamtam, nothing else left me to...
many years ago, I was recommended in the ship and was so disappointed that I did not go there anymore. Now I, again recommended, dared again and was once again disappointed. I had the impression that nothing has changed since my last visit.The view of the sea has remained and still very beautiful. Unfortunately, the preparation of the feeds and the portions remained. the food is fade and the amount of definitiw too small. what you have to keep is that the foods appear fresh and the whole is very beautifully dressed. the service is as good as possible, but for a 3-star operation at the lower limit.I am going back to the beautiful view because of it, but only to the coffee.
we were very welcome and we were able to choose a table. the location of the restaurant directly at the bottom lake is simply fantastic. the staff was very friendly and attentive. as a dish we ordered fitness plate with bark fillet. the meat was very delicate and fried on the point. the salads were fresh and crisp. the salat sauces came extra so that you can first taste and then dose yourself. it tasted everything excellent and we felt very comfortable here. we are happy to come back!Tipp: try the regional weine.
we could have a nice summer evening in this restaurant. the appetizers and the main course (fish) were very good and were served with a lot of joy. Unfortunately, the kitchen did not succeed in properly producing the crema catalana and so we gave it back as not edible. we didn't have to pay them, but we were disappointed that this happened.
