Seehotel Sternen

Staying regularly here en route to the south of Europe. A repeat guest, they gave me a nice upgraded room with lake view. The rooms are nice, large and well kept. Beds are good and bedlinen nice. Bathroom has all amenities. As everything in Switzerland,...the rooms ar seldom very modern but the are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dinner is good but pricey for what is served. Breakfast is good. Wifi and parking free. A small bottle of home made apple-juice for the road is a very nice touch. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place to eat or just have a drink in the afternoon. Recommend to go there in summer as the terrace is open and you have a stunning over the bay of horw and the Pilatus mountain . Very quite area so...you can really enjoy your relaxing stay. The food is very good Swiss dishes as well as international ones.

As a Canadian the menu may seem a little pricey but the food is excellent, the wine selection was very very nice and what can I say about the terrace meals over looking lake and mountains it's priceless.

Relaxed yet achieving an elegance matched by the food and wine. Lunching on the terrace by the lake on a sunny day is such a pleasure and we had our wedding reception there in Nice people, great style n

The view is great and the location is quiet and has a lot of parkings. The food is very tasty and good. We will come back.
