Over the years I have already bought some pieces of furniture here and has always been satisfied with the advice and delivery service. As far as it goes, I would avoid Saturday or a bridge day there is always a lot going on here. Last Friday was again a paternity party with live music and animation. After I got a 10€ birthday voucher from Segmüller, as well as a flyer with Christmas blankets for 14,99€ and a free light chain at the next purchase, I drove to Segmüller the day after receiving the offers. First I went to the 3rd floor to get me a pepper mill for 9,99€ z. Then I went on the 2nd floor after the cuddly blanket offered. But: LEIDER EXPENDITURE. So I stopped at the checkout for half an hour to redeem my voucher. This applies only from 20 € purchase. So I paid my pepper mill for 9,99€ and presented the voucher for the free light chain. I bought a dresser on Friday and brought her to the pick-up camp. At least I had to go to the pick-up camp. 30min wait, the staff there did not make the impression that they took your work seriously. Were there to configure a new kitchen for our detached house. I felt like a second class client today, with visibly larger purse to prefer!. after online ending, a crazy call the day before (announcer wanted to know if I would notice the date and how much money I want to invest) endlessly long because of the suburb Corona test (I have a disability) I then had to learn in the kitchen department that their booking system made a mistake. can happen, but how then is treated with the customer that distinguishes the professional from a layman. the ladies were visibly overwhelmed, nothing was reported, after 40 minutes waiting time we were then pulled out of the stinking. a wasting holiday day and more than 2 hours of valuable lost life is the result. Wow, a mega furniture store with huge selection in all areas and also the young ones is thought of. There is a whole amusement park for the kids and everything is free. The furniture store is very generous and nicely made a huge staircase but without stuffs leads quite comfortably to the 3 floor. There are also chairs. On all floors there are numerous furniture in all forms, colors, price classes and qualities. A madness, the selection is not always easy. In addition to beds, tables, chairs and benches, Segmüller also leads bedding, bedding, table thinking, towels and a baby shop with stroller co is also on board.Whoever time has stayed here for 3 4 hours.

according to my experience with at least 4 furniture shops incl. The Segmüller offers a very large mattress department with competent advice. The seller took a lot of time for us and also went well to individual needs such as back problems. In general there is a pleasant atmosphere in the furniture store. It's great to browse.
