I sit here after a terrible night out drinking a medelo and to try and get over the experience I had at segovia Steakhouse. So on tiktok this seams the place to check out. So me and my lovely wife are coming in after a long day and are very hungry. We walk in, and the hostess barks at my wife 1/2hr wait! Um, did we do something wrong? Then, after a staff member corrected her attitude, she said, "You never gave me your name? but no apology for yelling at my wife?strike one. It was a disappointment from the moment we walked up to the hostess. Who barked at us 1/2 hour wait . Her co worker apologized to us. He was appalled at her response to us. We walked out to the waiting area and then she barked again, that she needs a name and a phone . After being seated the waiter catered to his regulars and dismissed us the entire time we were there. Our salads never came cause he was too busy with the regulars. My husband and I drove 40 minutes to get there and starving only to wait and not be served properly. The food was tasteless and Lobster was meatless. We complained to the manager and he did try to make it up to us by offering us a gift card for $50.00. We accepted...

Exceptional quality and portion for the price! We got grilled octopus and 16oz rib eye. The octopus is so tender and flavorful. Steak is juicy and huge. I love the potato chip and soup that come with the dinner set. Service is great, friendly and funny waiters, efficient service. Atmosphere is cozy. I will go back! Highly recommend!
