Sei Ramen - Réservation de table

My son and I recently had lunch at this restaurant. We started with edamame, which was overcooked and mushy. When the waitress brought our sodas, they were lukewarm, but she promptly brought us glasses and ice when we asked. We were given only one napkin to share. My son ordered the Dancing Ramen and I ordered the tonkotsu black, but we both received the Dancing Ramen. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were chewy, but the egg was just a hard-boiled egg and the pork was cold. We were the only patrons in the restaurant for an hour, making for a strange overall dining experience. I wish Eshin Noodle hadn't closed down.

wasn’t too bad. I’m not sure if the noodles were made in house but they didn’t taste like home made noodles. I had a tonkatsu. The broth was good, and the ingredients were very well rounded, the egg was decent (wish it was cooked just a tad less) and they didn’t have any japanese red pepper powder and I was given a stainless steal European spoon (that really disappointed me). Ild give it a second try for sure. Ambiance and design was pleasant. Staff was very attentive.

I decided to visit this restaurant because I was in the mood for a bowl of ramen, and I have to say, I was very impressed. The ramen was tasty, as were the small appetizers. The cozy and tidy atmosphere, with only a few tables, added to the overall appeal of the restaurant. This is hands down my favorite ramen spot. The service is excellent, perfect for a sit-down dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, receiving a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Miso Hot Ramen dish. Réservez une table maintenant

Doesnt seem to be a ramen restaurant. Same broth in all bowls, terribly bland and not tonkotsu or any of the other flavors we should've experienced.

The food was fantastic and the owner was extremely welcoming. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Absolutely delicious! The meat wasn't greasy like some other restaurants and the dumplings were perfectly crispy without being burnt.

I ordered the Tori Paitan and received four small pieces of chicken - truly disappointing.
