Selmos - Réservation de table

Finally got around to going again for another evening meal on Friday and had another excellent feast. The flaming Portuguese sausage starter was actually set alight (see photo). My wifes mussels were delicious. For mains we shared a mixed Grill which was beef steaks, chicken breast steaks, lamb chops and pork chops served with fries, rice and salad. I then had brandy and coffee and she had chocolate moose. A pint of draught lager and jug of house wine came to £69.30 for two of us. We had to take some food back in doggie bag which is most unusual with me around. Visited this place last Saturday. Easy to park after 6.30pm . Brought memories of the restaurants in Portugal cosy, friendly, great service, big portions of food and a TV so you can listen or watch entertainment . Many pictures on the wall of Madeira where the owners come from. Including the very unusual airport landing strip. Food was served fresh. We took some of our food away as we could not finish it. Good value for money and good place to meet Portuguese people. Will definitely be going back to sample the rest of the menu

Yesterday visited this really nice place. The service was very great, the food was really delicious! Salmon was fresh, the portion big, salad and potato were also tasty! We will come back! Thank you and good luck! At 14-15 pounds you get meat/fish, salad and potato/rice! Good for london!

I returned to a restaurant last night for the first time in 6-8 years, where I used to visit regularly. This family-run establishment offers delicious home-cooked dishes, with a focus on grilled fish and meat. I started with mussels and had a pork fillet as my main course. Not worth the money u pay, food not fresh and owner lacking of customer service. Instead of accommodating customer request he just was creating more issues,table for 12, food horrible, overcharged and not even alllowed is to blow birthday candles, never again

The food at this restaurant is exceptional and of a high standard. The staff is extremely pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate my young grandchildren. The portions are generous. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food and relaxed atmosphere. Authentic Portuguese food. Can also pop in for a bica (expresso) and pastry. It is a worth a try if you live in the area. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff was very attentive. I couldn't find any faults with this place. The food was delicious and fresh, and the owner made us feel very welcomed.

The best thing of this restaurant is a service. They were very kindly. Restaurant is friendly, but dish was a weird mix of food.
