Selvarium Ecotienda

From June 2022, this is the only fully vegan or even vegetarian restaurant in Barichara. The meal of the day currently costs 20,000 pesos. Today it included a glass of fruit juice (pineapple with mint), the main plate, rice with roasted almonds, mixed salad, lentil patties and squash with curry. There was also a small rice pudding for dessert. I found the food pretty good. Please note that you must reserve your meal on the day before or on the same day until 10:00. You will only serve up to six lunches a day, so book as early as possible.

We ordered pizza, spaghetti and banana dessert, everything is vegan! We did very well are generous portions, all natural, prepared there itself, are a warm couple. have a very nice shop there with articles to care for the environment!
