Semaphore Fish and Chips

Disgustingly oily and looked like the oil either needed to be changed or our food was burnt. I get that it's a fish shop and cooked in oil but way too oily. I never complain and am not hard to please but I tried this place once more and had the same problems again so I won't be back unfortunately.

Chips were soggy not crispy undercookee while waiting for the chips all the staff behind the counter were eating chips licking their fingers then touching customers food unhygienic if you ask me didnt even wash their hands gross never coming back here anytime soon

service was shocking, absolutely no manating what ever. we order two pieces of fish and med chips waiting time was not too long, but the eating was under average, fish was ok and chips were about a week old and stone cold. would not recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

the services of a middle old lady were unpleasant aggressive. she was rude, would not know the word politely. I felt like I was an absolute annoying. chips boiled, fish oily. never again.

The staff are friendly and welcoming The location is fantastic and of the weather is good be sure to make use of the outdoor seating. Réservez une table maintenant

The fish itself was quite good, and heaps of chips which was very good value for the priceNice to have outdoor seating, too.
