Sen5es within the Perth Novotel is a lovely little restaurant with great food. We enjoyed the Vegetable Tian and Chicken Duo, with a large Thai Beef Salad to share. The portion sizes are spot on, there was a minute amount left at the end. And the flavour was full and great through to the last mouthful. The chicken was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. With the flavours flowing through in a way that has you wanting more. Similarly, the Vegetable Tian was cooked superbly. The vegetables soft yet full of texture that glides beautifully in your mouth. I came here a couple of nights as part of a group of 4-5 people. The restaurant is located off the foyer of the Novotel Langley on Adelaide Terrace and only has a few tables, but they are nicely spaced from one another so you are not elbowing adjacent patrons. On both nights the very charming Jaimie looked after us with friendly, cheerful, confident and knowledgeable service. The menu has a reasonable, but diverse range of options that should satisfy most people. The food is well-presented and came out in a reasonable time. Desserts are available as small 'samplers ' as well as a slightly larger size and are delicately flavoured and delicious. I will definitely dine here again.
We came here based on TripAdvisor reviews and I can tell, it was a great choice. the service is outstanding and the food quality you get for a hotel restaurant is simply amazing. me and my friend had a lovely time. I like to mention Chef Jason for his perfect dish, the fresh fish of the day and its stack of vegetables. Also Natalie who provided an outstanding service, always there and never too much. This restaurant is definitely deserving of the 5 star reputation. The food here was fantastic and beautifully presented. We were here for a hens dinner and they accommodated all 20 of us easily, Had a lovely dinner on Saturday 5 October. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Our waitress Francesca was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service. We would definitely recommend this and will go back again.
Had a dinner last night, 29 Sep, and was such a lovely one indeed! Everything was awesome both for food and service. In particular we enjoyed cauliflower steak, which was juicy tender and healthy, and the rum crape which comes along with a fire show
Pleasant service, atmosphere and enjoyed the meal. A different treat of WA surf and turf, with kangaroo and Fremantle octopus. Surprised to have to pay for water.

Great food for a reasonable price, but the real seller for this place is the service. This was easily the best service I've had in Perth!
