If we could give more stars to this place, we would!We’re used to being only mildly impressed by gluten free baked goods- even the best of them. But Senza was just on another level. Every single item we had was absolutely delicious. The sweet rolls are fluffy and warm with a gorgeous texture, and the icing was perfectly sweet. The southwest quiche was also amazing- savory, delicate and balanced.Owners brought us out fresh hatch chile cheese bread to try, on the house! They were so kind and welcoming in the store. We left with a full to go box and a bag of cheese bread AFTER dining in and paid less than $45 for everything we got. These ladies deserve so much business! I could not recommend it...
I simply can't sing the praises of Senza enough. Due to her gluten sensitivity and shellfish allergy, it's been impossible to go to any restaurants with my girlfriend. We were finally able to sit down and have breakfast together at Senza. We ended up ordering one of nearly everything, and everything was absolute perfection. Breakfast was a phenomenal pizza quiche, delicious Brazilian cheese puffs, amazing taco cheese puffs, and a couple of dessert bars (Tagalong and crack bars), and we took the rest with us. This place is incredible! My husband and I both have food restrictions so to find this hidden gem that not only has options for us but has delicious amazing options made us smile. The staff was super sweet and amazing and made us feel so comfortable. We actually ended up dining in when we had planned on taking the food to go. We can’t wait to make this spot our go to! My Sis wanted soy free desserts, hence the surprise drive to this location since she mentioned it earlier. The lady who served us answered the questions we had without hesitations. There were 3 desserts that she could eat. Mum treated us to the desserts. Great little bakery for all your gluten free goodies. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's so many interesting flavors available for the baked items here. Customer service was pretty good for an extremely busy shop. The cupcakes I ordered for my elopement were PERFECT. Delicious, moist, and pretty. I have no issues with gluten but my husband does. So as someone who does not typically eat gluten-free, these were amazing and I absolutely would order again.

Took a cab from the strip just to visit this bakery. The majority of things that I tried were still hot out of the oven and everything I purchased was made fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Hands down… the best gluten free bakery I have eaten at!! Crack bars are amazing! Bread pudding is Devine and Bundt cakes ROCK!
