Serafín es un restaurante especializado en las mejores recetas de la cocina castellana y los pescados frescos del Cantábrico. Desde 1977, cientos de personas han saboreado los platos de la región, elaborados con manos expertas, alimentos frescos y de primera calidad y la misma ilusión del primer día. En el Restaurante Serafín somos expertos en: pescados y mariscos del Cantábrico, arroz a la zamorana, revuelto serafín, mollejas a la castellana, un tostón de antología, paletilla de lechazo, ternera alistana, cabeza de merluza, pollo de corral propio y, en temporada, ancas de rana y cangrejos de río.
