Serafina East Hampton

Our waiter very nice, very enthusiastic. We dined at 8 pm on Christmas Eve and the restaurant was not crowded, but he noise level was incredibly high! They need to put noise deadening panels on the ceiling. It felt like the adjacent patrons were yelling in our ears. Overall the food was good, the shaved Brussels sprout salad was a real taste treat. The salad that accompanied the entre looked good, but was inexplicably bad. The chicken Parmesan special was good, but surprisingly high-priced. We assumed that being chicken it would be priced close to the price to the other chicken dishes on the menu, but was almost $10 more than any other chicken dish on the menu. The service, food, and ambiance of Serafina East Hampton was perfect. We are Serafina fans and whether in Puerto Rico or NYC, when you dine at a Serafina Restaurant you feel like you are in Italy. Highly recommended.
