My family and I enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The only issue was that I ordered my steak medium rare but it came out medium well. However, it was still tasty. The servers were friendly and checked on us frequently. The restaurant wasn't very busy and the manager was talking to other customers but didn't come to our table. It is what it is. I'm not sure if we will return. I miss Fig Olive!
My overall experience at Serafina Scarsdale was amazing. The service was to perfection. The food was delightful. And the atmosphere was just right. I’ve visited the Puerto Rico location and loved it so it was nice to attend one in New York that matched expectations. I will def. Be returning and bringing a good group of friends along with me.
Three female colleagues went out for dinner and were impressed by the impeccable service, delicious food, and beautiful decor of the restaurant. They spent over five hours there, thoroughly enjoying their experience and highly recommend it to others.
The restaurant was a bit chilly, despite it being summer, causing us to feel quite cold while eating. One diner was not a fan of the braised short rib special, finding it too salty. However, overall the experience was fantastic. Réservez une table maintenant
I love this Serafina! The food is always very good. Service is caring and friendly. I adore the branzino. It was over-the-top salty this time, not sure what happened. We always enjoy a lunch or dinner here!
I found it to be good quality for an upscale chain, but found the prices more comparable to a top level italian for two, you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere...
The food was not impressive. The salads and Branzino entree were mediocre and average. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Everything was good service was a little slow at first. Meal came out hot and perfect Réservez une table maintenant
