So I've been here many times but this time it was way less than what I expect in terms of food and service. First, I walked in and saw the hostess on the phone. She motioned for me to wait, which I did for a few minutes. And she kept talking, instead of asking the person on the phone to hold a second while she dealt with the real person in front of her. And by the way it was completely uncrowded and not very busy. Finally I saw my party had been seated, and went and sat myself. The food was ok, but not spectacular. The tuna special was a bit overcooked and way over salted. And dessert was not exciting. My husband's peach cobbler was sort of soggy and runny and my lemon tart was underwhelming...

This lovely French restaurant makes you feel right at home its four dining rooms. Each with it's own unique charm. If it was not for the generous gift certificate we would not have dined here twice in the last two months. Each experience the service was great. We sat at a bar high table both times. Atmosphere we enjoyable. Special appetizer: mozzarella and mixed color tomatoes was fresh and very good Chicken Milanese was good, not great. Lobster bisque was super watery, not even sure what other to say than it was nasty,$17 waste. Light pink water with a chunk of lobster. Tuna special very flavorful but 3 slices of tuna. Fancy dining spot... Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Though they don't say there is a dress code I wouldn't recommend going in jeans or a Tshirt. The place is nice and it's high priced. Had the caviar tasting and lamb rack. Both were exceptional. I found this place because it was ranked 2-3 for the best restaurant in NJ and I think it holds up. If you have the budget then this place a an amazing option.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The prefix menu was superb and had enough options to satisfy most palettes. Also, the wine menu was extensive and paired extremely well with the menu. Depending on the occasion, their wine menu has you covered. Overall, great place, awesome food, and outstanding wine selection!
Very intimate dining setting with very attentive service. The prix fix menu is a great value for extremely tasty and generous portions. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend for an intimate date night or a family dinner in a more private environment.
I always have a great experience at Serenade! The food and service are always excellent! Last night several members of my party ordered the specials the tomato salad and the seared tuna both were huge hits!!!
OMG my coworkers went out together for dinner and drinks and we decided to try this place. TO DIE FOR !!! Everything was impeccable. I’m definitely going back for date night with my partner. Amazing food !!!

Great place. Food, service, etc. Only issue was waiter gave us two wines to try, both mediocre, and a glass costs $33, which we found out when we got the bill.
Exquisite fine dining experience in a classy atmosphere with impeccable service recommend enthusiastically and cannot wait to return!
