We really appreciated our waitress; she was fantastic and a great asset to the staff. However, that's where the positives ended. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, my club sandwich was completely cold and made with whole wheat bread instead of the advertised Texas toast. The bacon was soggy and undercooked, the mayo was almost nonexistent, and the coleslaw had an unidentifiable chemical flavor that made it seem unsafe to eat. Last night was my 3rd visit. Twice I've been there after dark and once during lunch. There is a huge difference in the wings during the day versus the night. All 3 times I have had great service. Even ladt night when it was packed our server was awesome. She was cool and calm despite the stress of all of her customers. Serum's wings are amazing. They have several sauce options and you can mix and match. I definitely recommend the Twisters sauce for wings. Fries complement the wings well, crips and golden and hot. Parking can be difficult. Our waitress, Kate, was like a marvel character, seriously. Nice, sunny afternoon and she literally was covering the whole patio of like 15-20 tables (I 'm not commenting on whether I think she should have had to cover that much, but it 's relevant tothe story). My wife and I are watching, as she does an awesome job, and my wife says, she 's literally rubbing. One, that makesme realize how sedentary my job is. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Although busy, we were greeted right away, got drinks right away as well as our order taken and food arrived hot and promptly and all 4 orders at the same time. We were checked up on shortly after. Drinks refilled. Plates taken, check arrived and payment was taken. Wait staff were courteous and friendly. Delicious food and good portion sizes. Prices anyone can afford, appetizer dish with a side of fries filled me up. Lots of Midwestern specialty plates.
We have heard tons of good things about their wings so we made the trip out. Queso dip came out quickly and was very good. They wings were definitely good! The Thai wings were very peanut buttery, would probably be the only complaint. The other flavorswere very good, especially the ginger wings. Service was wonderful and the waitresses were fun to interact with. We woulddefinitely be back if we are in the area.
Came to Serum’s tonight had a great experience. Service was speedy the food was awesome! I had a raspberry margarita my friend had an IPA- Surly Furious. Our wing flavors were Lemon Pepper; Garlic, Garlic, Garlic; Goldrush; Rachilada and Honey Mustard. Would love to come back before the Halloween season is over
Omg! Their awards for wings are well earned! I'm in love with them. Great and crazy atmosphere, very crowded but well managed by the staff. Loved it, super energized. 1 bathroom upstairs sucks but if that's the only price you pay for fun, it's totally worthit!

Had the onion rings and wing sampler. Both were great. Good food amd service with a fun atmosphere.
Best wings ever, love this place. We try and get here as much a possible when in town.
