Ses Boques has been one of our favorite restaurants on Ibiza for many years. However, this year the staff was so rude, it has affected our whole evening together. When we arrived at the restaurant with a reservation, the long male waiter with white hair looked at us and walked away from us without saying anything. After 5 min, as it was busy and we understand that, a female waiter came up to us and could not even bare to smile at us while assisting us, it made us feel very unwelcome and unwanted at the restaurant. We spoke to other Dutch visitors at the restaurant that evening and they we’re all mind blown by the unhospitible behaviour of the female waiter. We had very good food, tuna 10/10...
that sites like this have all the success of the world because we need them to remain forever. best, your team: one of the few places in the world where the waiters (all before looking at them already know what you need (unbelievable). To a table next door, they brought books for the children; to another, water for the dog; to us, they saw us throw a selfie and ran to offer themselves to throw the image. You're very cracked, and I'm not talking about food because it's out of series! just one but open the memos also in the Holy Week, we want to come more!
This was our third visit and for us it never disappoints. A spectacular view and the freshest fish do come at a price but represent good value for the overall experience imo. The service can be a bit relaxed granted but you've come to enjoy the experience right? If you do need to call the staff over for any reason they are on it straight away. Btw if you like your fish and trying something different go for the Scorpion fish if they have it a taste somewhere between monkfish and lobster yum.
Great setting, good quality food, some staff need a little training on ‘how to treat your salary paying customers more friendly.’ Some regulars indicated, it becomes a little to commercial due to their success.
