Setauket Village Diner is just about my favorite reason for living in this area. I've been coming here for many decades and have found a consistently cheerful, comfortable atmosphere and superb food that's so generous, I take home enough for a second meal. The menu has items I can't find anywhere else. May they stay busy forever!
The owner greets one, immediately. Old school! Love this place! We had excellent drinks, ****** was outrageous, and my entree was AMAZING! PERFECTLY CRISPY SALMON, AND SHRIMP OVER GREENS. We had a superb server: attentive, personal, funny and a redhead. Thanks for a great dine!!! We highly recommend!!!
Finding a good place to eat that also has great service is nearly impossible around here, this place is a gem. Always our go to place for breakfast, we know we will get amazing food and the staff will be friendly and welcoming.
Was passing through, on our way home from a funeral, headed to Port Jefferson Ferry and found this gem. Coffee was hot, Food delicious and great service. Would definitely reccomend. A Réservez une table maintenant
The gentleman running this establishment, Gus, was so nice to my family!! We had a great dinner, everything was fresh and hot. Food was delicious. This will now be our regular diner.

Prices are high for the amount of food you get. My food was cold and the bacon was not done. The service was not to good eather
