Seven Shores Urban Market and Cafe

The food was really good and really fast. The people were very nice and very helpful. There is a wide variety of diet options (vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore) that makes it easy for anyone to eat there and have a good time! They have daily specials and some baking (the tarts were especially delicious). Also they have a little grocery section where you can grab a few things after your meal or get a prepared meal to go. Over all it was a very good meal in a beautiful quaint environment, I quite enjoyed it.

I asked them what vegan options they had to breakfast and they said only heifer flour, but I then asked if they could put some avocado on toast and they were happy to do this. Also enjoyed a soy-Latte and noticed a banana chocolate-loaf labeled with vegan in the ad that I can try on my next visit. large small space for socialization, but perhaps not done for work. there were a few parents with very young children who were sweet and sister (not a bad thing but distract when they try to work on a laptop

vegetarian safe (not safe over vegan) I had the vegetarian earlylings and the salat of the day, which was a beet rhubarb salat with balsamico veinegrette. it came with 2 fresh spring rolls in the half cut (which they call four), but I was full after. love that they can pour their own water and the dark roast coffee was lovely.

always busy at the weekend, seven shores is full of noise and chatter, which makes it a great little place to catch up with friends. not very many vegan menu options, although their drink selection is vegan friendly. desserts are rare vegan

they enjoy the cinnamon ringtone and tea latte. there were some vegan options on the menu.
