If you every want a delicious sandwich without the hassle of making it this is the place to go. The filling choices are excellent. Great fresh thickly sliced bread. Phone ahead to collect or order at the counter. They have pre chosen selections or you can leave it to your imagination. Some difficulty parking outside so I recommend phoning ahead or have someone with you in the car who can move if a traffic warden appears. Great value for money. A definite pleasure boost in a busy day. Recommend salad, ham, Brie and sun blushed tomatoes on whole meal bread.
Haven’t been able to get down here for must be going on 10 years since I was at tech. Still the best sandwich shop in the country. Not joking, I have never had a better sub anywhere in the world than out of this place. Finally got down and got my chicken tikka sub I’ve been craving for years. The owner of the establishment is a gentleman also. Couldn’t recommend more!
Not much to write other than it was a well filled sub, cheap at £4 and handy to pop in or out. Not sure why they aren 't as busy as the Other sandwich bar in Bangor. Possibly it 's just down to location.
John is a fantastic chef who creates amazing dishes at unbeatable prices. I highly recommend visiting his restaurant, the food is delicious and I especially enjoyed the sweetcorn dish.

Great packed out sandwich, got a takeaway from here recently although the guy serving barely cracked a smile, cheer up fella it can’t be that bad your sambos ate best in town!
Although I mainly order the same sandwich there is good reason for that, The Amigo is something I am excited to come back to Bangor for every time I do.
Excellent well filled sandwiches and subs and served by a friendly guy and very reasonably priced had fresh soup available
Best sandwiches in Bangor.. Fresh ingredients every time. Really tasty and plentiful. Highly recommended!
