I'm really tired that everytime I come to this place their is someone new working here. And they just get worse and worse. I came here yesterday asked for a combo over rice. She gives me way too much rice and barely any chicken and lamb. I asked her if she could give me some more meat because it was really skimp and she goes that's an extra dollar. I'm like whatever sure, so she just puts more lamb on and no extra chicken. So then I ask for the side salad like you would normally get and she puts 3 pieces of lettuce! Now I'm pissed and tried to tell her just to start over because I'm not happy with my plate and because she barely speaks or understands English she just stares at me like an idi...
This shahs is no where near as good as the other shahs. My chicken and lamb was cold the guy behind the counter i had to repeat my order to 3 times and was not given any napkins or forks had to ask for it all. They pay more attention to the Nathan's side and don't care for shahs side. Every other location the food is great this one in farmingdale not at all good and on top of it horrible service. As I'm writing this one of the guys who swept up the floor just took all the stuff he broomed and threw it out in the trash literally next to the chicken and lamb on top of the counter. I believe that trash is meant for wrap paper or other stuff. GO TO ANY OTHER SHAHS DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE.
My wife and I absolutely LOVE Shah's in Hicksville. We've been there frequently and have never been let down! Unfortunately, we can’t say the same about their location inside Fun Zone in Farmingdale. For starters, it was dirty. To be fair, it shares the space with Nathan's, so both should be taking care of the cleaning, but it seems neither is doing much. Additionally, the food was barely warm. When we asked for extra white sauce, we received an overwhelming amount that looked more like a layer of icing. We won’t be returning, even if it were free. I only gave it a 2-star rating because we love the Hicksville location so much. Definitely check out the Hicksville spot instead!
Absolutely TERRIBLE! Service. If I could give no stars I would. I came in tonight, Saturday October 27th at 8:35 pm. It says it closes at 10 online but apparently they were deciding to close at that very moment. It was being ran by unprofessional, rude nasty kids that were playing explicit music and they couldn't be bothered to help us because they wanted to take pictures in their slutty costumes. Finally when two decided to help they had nothing but attitudes and kept getting the order mixed up because they couldn't hear over the music and they refused to fix it. The food was good but the service made it not even worth it.

Pretty decent chicken and rice. Like the additional side choices that other chicken and rice spots don't offer. Beans, onions/peppers, hummus, diced cucumber tomato salad. Only had the chicken so I can't comment on the other menu items, but a decent lunch stop in the area.
I visited the fast food restaurant and didn't notice a food truck. Parking was convenient. The food was tasty and the place was clean. While the prices weren't quite the same as food truck prices, they were reasonable. I would definitely return.
What a horrible experience. The staff wouldn't get off their phones to take our order. Took 15 minutes to have someone come over and take our order while still on the phone! Where is the manager?????
I visited this location twice, and each time, the food was consistently fresh and delicious, all at a reasonable price. The portions were generous as well!

Horrible food. Kids were hungry and wanted burger... the burger was raw ... we threw it as we don't want to get salmonella. Avoid this place.
Used to love this place, but every time I've gone recently they are out of onions and other toppings...blah blah blah
