One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to substitute ingredients. For instance, I really dislike mushrooms, so I can easily replace them with another vegetable that I enjoy. They also have the best goma sauce I've ever tasted, and I love grinding the sesame seeds before my meal to enhance its flavor. I used to be indifferent about goma sauce, but Shabu Shabu Bar has made it a must-have for me! If you enjoy heat in your food, be sure to ask for the spicy drops. I can handle 8 or more, but I'm a serious spice lover! My wife prefers a milder level at 5-6. The broth is just boiled water with some ingredients you can add yourself. The staff seem unfamiliar with what authentic shabu really is. The music has a club vibe, which isn’t quite fitting for the atmosphere...

I had my first shabu shabu experience outside of Japan, and it was amazing. The service, drinks, and food were all excellent. I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. Thank you, Sandy!

I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened over 12 years ago. While the ownership has changed multiple times, the food, service, and cheerful atmosphere have remained consistently great. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is a joke. The regular Shabu Shabu broth is basically just water. When I asked about it, the waiter suggested I add condiments like daikon, but that didn't help much.
