We had a family takeaway from here recently and it was top notch Chicken Balti, chicken tikka biryani , chicken tikka massalla , mushroom rice , garlic naan and chips All of these were lovely and hot and large portions of which we couldn’t finish it It was still hot when we got it home The only thing we weren’t happy with was we ordered 4 poppadoms with a chutney tray , and all we got were the poppadoms and one tiny onions and one tiny mango chutney ?? How is that enough for 4 people as a chutney ‘tray ‘ ?
This Indian restaurant is lovely, cozy, and inviting. The food is top-notch and offers unique dishes not commonly found in other restaurants. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, with the option to dine in the original part of the building or in the new winter garden. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, and the service is excellent. We dined as a large group of 22 people and all our meals were served promptly and together. Overall, a fantastic Indian restaurant experience.
very poor visit, starters only ok, main course very poor, cold, although one was a 'sizzler '!!! we complained, the owner? manager came and took food away, returned, but no different, still cold, think the dishes had been left on the side, and forgotten about. We complained again, the manage came along, gathered all the dishes, everything, included the wine we were drinking, he told us to get out now and don 't come back!!!
When you visit this restaurant, make sure to wear your glasses like everyone else. The food is delicious, though the presentation is just okay - but it doesn't take away from the overall experience. On Sundays, it offers great value for money. I enjoy parking under the blooming trees and having a meal here. Réservez une table maintenant
Lovely food tonight but felt really cheated that some people were given a Wednesday night specials menu and some were not, including ourselves. A bit sneaky to be honest. If you have an offer on every Wednesday it should be offered to ALL paying guests. Won't be returning due to this.
