I’m puzzled by the way they value customers’ time. I placed an online order expecting it to be ready in 10 minutes. However, when I arrived 15 minutes later, one of my kebab rolls was still not prepared. Although the kebab itself was ready, there were multiple customers left waiting, and the staff seemed indifferent about the delays. When customers come to pick up their food, it's frustrating to hear responses like "it’ll be ready in two minutes, five minutes, or ten minutes" without any acknowledgment of the delays.
