The halal food here is average, and nothing really distinguishes it from other places—except for one thing. I ordered two sides of pita, and unlike every other halal restaurant in Long Island, including other Shah's locations, this one only gives you half a pita per order. Seriously? With so much competition in the area, that's how you choose to serve a side of pita? You've made it easy for me to decide not to return to this location again.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I visit every now and then for their delicious halal chicken over rice or lamb combo. This time, I was tempted to try the jumbo chicken wings and French fries, even though I hesitated at first. To my surprise, the crispy texture and perfectly cut wedges exceeded my expectations. The chicken was incredibly flavorful as well. I’ll definitely be ordering from Shah’s again. So delicious!
I didn't have a very good experience at the restaurant. The quality of the food was not impressive, and the chicken seemed off. When I tried to call and discuss my concerns, there was a language barrier, so I ended up hanging up without getting any answers. I'm really disappointed with my first visit there.
Great restaurant! I really love the ambiance; as soon as you walk in, you feel amazing! Everything is spotless. My favorite dish is the chicken gyro, and I highly recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant
The food is excellent, and the woman and her son are delightful! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable for such delicious cuisine!
Wow! This place is truly a hidden gem. The falafel is absolutely delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
