Shaka Sandwich Pizza

They were super nice and the food came fast. The NY cheese pizza had a nice thin crust (the crust tasted great and was clearly homemade! and it tasted fantastic. The cheese steak, although not the Philly way was done, was very good and cheesy. We also had the garlic pizza that was really good, although it could stand about a minute or two more in the oven. We enjoyed it very much and we are Pizza Kenner!

This is a New York style pizza, that is, big and fluffy. You have to fold it to eat it. So I can see why some don't like this style, but it's pretty good pizza. It's not over. The taste was at the top. I personally love New York-style pizza that is hard to get on the islands.

Shaka’s pizza is a great place to grab a lunch hoagie or pizza! The food is fresh and if you dine in the pizza goes straight from the oven to your table. Prices are a bit on the higher side but they do have a premium location near a few beaches and shops around Kihei.

Shaka is a must during your stay on Maui. During our visit we ate fantastic, fresh, handmade pizza, heard great music and enjoyed the atmosphere. A super fun place to eat delicious pizza dishes and listen to good music. The service was happy and super fast.

How do you taste a simple cheese pizza so good? Honestly best pizza I ever had. They're doing something secret with the wort and crust. Excellent.
