I’ve been to this exact shake shack 3 times within 1 week. Within this past week I’ve had my whole vacation completely ruined based off the fact that their customer service skills are very poor. The ladies working the cashier are very rude passed midnight. If you don’t like the job or customer help pay your check than don’t work simple there are plenty of people that will do your job with a smile. It’s evident that none of the team members are on the same page when it comes to policies they enforce or times they enforce it especially when shift changes. Liz is great , and so is tatted eyebrows other than these two lovely individuals they really need to get employees that clearly want to work...
Let's be honest, this is an airport restaurant. I've been a fan of Shake Shack since my visit to Brooklyn. The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, the shakes are sweet, and the classic crinkle fries are a nice touch. However, the service at this location could benefit from some training in friendliness and patience with customers.
The food was excessively salty, and my orders were served in a random sequence. Additionally, they didn't seem to listen to my requests; I asked for very little ice, but received a cup filled to the brim.
Only one cashier is open while there is a line of more than 20 people to get served. It took me more than 15 minutes to get my turn. The food was alright.

Big line but moves quickly. About what you would expect for an airport burger joint. Window seating over looking the runway which is nice.
The taste is okay, but the burger and chicken are a bit salty. Especially the hamburgers seem to be very salty.
The burger was disappointing, with a soggy bun, wilted lettuce, and chewy bacon. Not a good experience.
Shake shack you need to hire more people, there’s 50 people in line and you have 1 cashier!!??!!
