Shake Shack - Réservation de table

Morgan and Emily were extremely nice. Emily came to our table 3 times, and she brought us the things we needed, such as ketchup and napkins. The Coral Gables location in Miami always has better burgers and fresher tasting food. Everything at this location is always great. At the Brickell and Southland locations, I have had multiple orders that do not taste as fresh or as good. The service here at this store is exceptional and especially Emily provided a top notch customer experience and we I shared with her my opinion about the other two locations. I hope this helps to improve the quality at the other locations.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks in large part to the wonderful lady who served us. She had a beautiful personality and greeted everyone with warmth. This is definitely one of the best places I've visited in Miami!

I visited for the new dairy-free chocolate shake, and it did not disappoint at all. I would rate it a perfect 10/10! I’m thrilled to see a vegan option available, even if it’s just for desserts. Miami really needs more of this...
