I'm officially hooked on the chicken bites at Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit; I highly recommend enjoying them with honey mustard sauce and Shack sauce. Here’s a helpful tip from the menu: spread your fries in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and place them in a preheated 450-degree oven (for extra crispiness, preheat the empty baking sheet first so it’s hot before adding the fries). Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your oven and desired crispiness. Absolute perfection!
First time here. Got a single and double shake shack burger (add pickles with a fry for $20. They gave us two sauces upon request. The crinkle fries lived up to expectations and the burgers tastes homemade, which is very rare. The toppings were freshand the bun was good. They bring the food to ur table. The place was fairly clean (other than ppl leaving their food after theyleave. Is this normal? . They want u to order electronically, but we ordered from the register.
Nice place, good food, great shakes, drinks and amazing fries but not for the price. I like the place but very pricey specially when the veggies are not the too fresh, lettuce was very wilted and mushrooms burger is not the best mushroom is not too freshat least not mine. 3 people meal about 60 dollars. Not something i will want to come back anytime soon.
The bourbon bacon jam burger was unexpectedly small for almost $13. The taste was only average, and I expected better quality and a larger portion for the price. On the other hand, the churro milkshake was excellent; at $8, it was definitely worth it!

I just wanna say that their food is great, same as with the drinks and those people who works there. People might have a comment how small or the propotion of the meals are and yes its a bit pricey,.
The fries were old and stale. And they messed up my order causing some people not to have food... since theyre over 30 minutes away, I cant just order again. Disappointed
Since relocating from NYC, I’m thrilled to have Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit nearby! Their menu brings a real taste of home.
The food was good, and the servers were very friendly and organized. Also nice dining room that has plenty of seats and a TV showing the Rams game
