Shake Shack Towson

The food is good but I don't think I'll come back to this location. I drove around for 20 mins trying to find parking and had to walk a good distance in the rain. If you don't mind walking and waiting, this is the place for you. Towson parking is too terrible for that. The ticket man is always lurking. Then, the cashier asked another cashier to service me. They both looked like they didn't want to be bothered. That's when I realized there was a self-service register that was being used by another customer ?. Like I said, the food was good, the atmosphere was OK but I'll pass.

if I could give this zero stars I would, everybody here is just utterly rude have very horrible attitudes. very ghetto wouldn't recommend spending any money here honestly.

Food was cold, shake was spilled. 1/3 left in cup, cup slippery and drenched. I threw the whole shake away.

Best ever! Service has been exceptional every time I have been there and the food is delicious!
