Shakey's Pizza Parlor

The place was packed when my family and I went. I'm assuming there was a fundraiser going on because the cashier asked if we were a part of the fundraiser. The food we ordered was nice and hot. No complaints about the food. The issue I had was the drink machine. The plastic area that the ice comes out of had what looked like mold/mildew on the side of it. Disgusting. I wish I had taken a picture however the place was so packed I rushed to eat because we had 4 young kids with us. I purchased cups for my kids but didn't allow them to get a drink from that machine. My mom and I had a quick dinner at this restaurant. The server who took our order was friendly and helpful. We ordered a Small Shakey's Special Pizza and a 1/2 order of Mojo Potatoes. The pizza had a crispy crust, gooey cheese, and evenly distributed toppings that combined perfectly for a delicious bite. The Mojo Potatoes were tasty as always, but in this case, they were lukewarm which made them slightly less enjoyable. If you prefer freshly made potatoes, make sure to request them. Overall, it wasn't perfect, but it was a pleasant meal.

The food was overall good but when my kids went to play games most of the games were not working and the worker did not give us the coins back and didn’t care. There was also a staff member that ignored my son when he wanted to get his tickets since they don’t give it and you have to ask them. They told my son to go away and I had to step in but they did not care, but there was some good staff members there that helped us.

Really great fresh food,I like this Shakey's more than the sylmar location.Nice attitudes from the employees and it's a very clean restaurant.I just wish they had more parking and it be the same price for the entire week and weekends for the lunch buffet instead of it being more money on Sunday when I went.Also they should have the buffet prices on there website.Either way I enjoyed eating here. Order some pizzas on the phone and was amazed how the communication was great service and fast pick up in 12 minutes a was offer some water cup.

That chicken is unbelievably juicy !! Soo good !! Had a great time enjoying the food was so good will definitely be back!
