Then, when I received the bill, I was charged for a drink I never ordered, as well as for the food I didn’t eat. I informed the waitress that I only had one drink, but rather than acknowledging the mistake, she accused me of lying. My companions had to step in to clarify that she never brought me a second drink.
The manager was sitting at the bar and did nothing to address the situation. He didn’t come to our table to resolve the issue, and instead, I was met with sarcastic comments from the staff. The waitress was rude and unprofessional, and the lack of basic manners was shocking. I had to practically beg for a to-go container for my kids' food.
It’s safe to say I won't be returning!
We had been searching for a seafood boil restaurant in the county for quite some time, so we were thrilled to discover Shaking Crab! We planned our visit about two weeks in advance, and when we finally went, it exceeded all our expectations! We ordered a serving of Cajun fries and two mini boils: a Queen's Combo and a River Combo. Both were prepared with the Gulf and Shaking sauces, and we chose the "shaking hot" option. Everything was incredibly flavorful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. The only disappointment was that we hadn't discovered this gem sooner! We're definitely planning to return!
Service was terrible ordered a app and drinks the calamari was over done and burnt, dry, rubbery wasn't asked to order entrees till after 35 mins they where more busy on the table of 7 and to go orders. we just asked for check and they over charged our drink above the menu price by 2 dollors and slapped a card fee on there when we where paying cash
Why is this placed permanently closed but their website says its open and allows you to make orders online. We spent a good amount of money and made an order online for pick up through the website only to arrive at the store to find its closed. Update your locations so us customers don't lose our hard-earned money. Absolute BS.

Tried seafood for the first time here and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff was very friendly and polite. What got me hooked was their snow crab legs and easy-peel shrimp mixed in barlic sauce. Definitely recommend you give them a try.
Food was great! Customer service needs some work. Waited at our table for quite some time to order. Switched tables because of the cold draft and still waited to order our food. Everyone was nice but some organization with the waitresses waiters needs some work.
First time I have tried this place and have to say I’m impressed. Wonderful selection of fish seasoned to perfection. Rather messy… but who cares it’s Christmas. Try it for yourself…..we’ll worth the money. Totally recommend.
I got the Crab leg boil. The food got me ? the day. I will never order from them again. I feel like I took laxative I was in the bathroom for hours. Never again

The restaurant is currently closed until further notice. I visited on June 16th and also called on June 17th, but I haven't received any responses yet.
seafood wasn't too bad i might venture this spot again I think i ordered some fish and a poor-boy (shrimp) sandwich
