Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a really disappointing experience at Shaking Seafood. From the moment I sat down, the customer service was off. I was shocked to find out I had to pay $4 just to sit at a table — something I’ve never encountered at a restaurant before. On top of that, I was charged an extra $5 just to eat ‘crab’ that I had already paid for. It honestly felt like they were just looking for ways to nickel-and-dime customers. To make things worse, the service was extremely unprofessional. I always order from this restaurant through Uber Eats and their extra hot shake sauce is excellent every time. I am never disappointed. The seasoning is just right and the quality of the shrimp is very good. The rice is cooked perfectly and complements the dish well. I am a picky eater, especially when it comes to meat and seafood, and I give this place a 10 out of 10 rating.
Would definitely come back! The inside if really clean and staff were friendly. Food was great and reasonably priced for seafood. Just an FYI they do not have a liquor license yet hope they are able to get one soon!
For the many years I've lived in Dorchester. This is the first time visiting chicken and seafood. I was pleasantly surprised by the experienced and we totally enjoyed our food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

YUM! I especially like that the headless shrimp are cleaned and easy peel. Comes with a bib and gloves to keep clean. The Dorchestwr location looks very clean and freshly remodeled. Nice staff too.
I order takeout from this restaurant at least once a week. It's very convenient being only a few blocks from my work. The food is always fresh and tasty! I love this place!
Been here about 5 times now, the food is always delicious! My family and I love it here! Definitely worth trying, if you haven’t already!
I ordered a boil bag with shrimp, corn and potato with garlic sauce. The food was good. It was just a little to salty.
