Shan Tandoori - Réservation de table

AVOID THIS PLACE! I recently moved to the area and thought it would be nice to order takeout to celebrate, but this restaurant is anything but authentic! When we opened the saag paneer, it looked melted and turned out to be cheddar instead of paneer—it was also incredibly watery. The tandoori dishes were an unsettling bright red, as if they had been doused in food coloring, and they lacked any real flavor. The naan bread was excessively thick, almost like eating an entire loaf. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again!

no matter which curry they order, each dish is unique with wonderful aromas. the meat fillings are very generous and the dishes can be made to their individual taste tweeked. the personal is very friendly, but in very busy times this could lead to them to believe differently, but geduld is a vitue. again the service in the regular is excellent, but during the busy times be patient. if they are a new customer and have a bad experience with shaan, they give them a second chance as they really take away the best indian.

"I had a great experience with the takeout service. I ordered dinner and found the pricing to be reasonable, at around £30–40 per person. The food was excellent, earning a score of 4 out of 5, and the service was also commendable, rated at 4 out of 5. While the atmosphere is not a major factor for takeout, I would give it a 3 out of 5. Overall, a solid choice for a meal!"

Always very friendly service and quick to prepare. Very accommodating especially for vegan diet. Food is good, my wife loves the chicken goa curry. Could do with a few more authentic dishes (not just catering for brits view of Indian. Otherwise 5 star. . However, they do have large menu and good range of starters and sides. Ordered from here yesterday, I had lamb korma and my partner had a Ceylon. We both enjoyed our meals, and plenty left for another meal the following day. The meat was very good, and the curry very flavoursome. Will return. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic meal! This is one of the best Indian takeaways I've had in Brighton! The bread is beautifully fluffy, the meat is perfectly marinated and of excellent quality, and the curry is simply outstanding!
