This is my first time here ! And i will never go back or suggest anyone to go here. Rude service when ordering they will suddenly start talking to someone else. IPre ordered so I didnt have to wait but i still had to end up waiting 30 min on top of that my order was wrong . I made sure i repeated my order several times even the lady on the phone repeated it but some how ended up wrong. I called back once i have gotten home to tell them my order was wrong the lady that answered i had asked to speak to the owner but she instead on me to tell her my name an why. I really wanted this place to be great, but I guess my expectations were too high. I just ordered the roti shells as I had cooked my own curry at home. The dahl roti was just... ok. They had a bit of an aftertaste which probably was the oil they used. I had ordered ahead of time expecting that my food would be ready upon arrival. But, I still had to wait almost 15 minutes for the food. The restaurant was clean, but since it was getting near to closing there were not alot of people. Best Trini place to order food.Oxtail the Boom ?doubles to die for, it melt in your mouth great taste nd flavour, the red peas soup omg wish they had bigger cup, it was amazing. I love soup and I wanted more.The delicious beef roti omg felt for more??All I can day again The BEST EVER! The portion sizes were large and the flavors were excellent. The curry goat was tender and well-seasoned. The restaurant is clean and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and provided great service. If you're in search of a place to enjoy tasty Rotis with great flavor and friendly service, I highly recommend visiting Shandra's Roti Shop. I have been a loyal customer for many years. This food is amazing. The goat roti is one of my favourites. The hot is for those who like a lot of heat. Lunch time is very busy, cash is also the most preferred. There is limited seating but food is great for takeout. You can call your order in advance but end of week lunch rush will still require patience for your pick up.

This is the best jerk chicken I have ever tasted! I have tried jerk chicken all over the Greater Toronto Area and Toronto, but nothing compares to this place. Their oxtail gravy with the jerk chicken and some hot sauce is so delicious, it feels like a meal fit for a king.

In my opinion, Shandras is the best place to get jerk chicken in the city! It caters more to a lunch crowd, I wish it was open later at night for dinner as its so close to me and I’ve definitely had dinner cravings before but

The portion sizes are small and the prices are high. If you request the roti to be packaged separately, they will charge extra without informing you. The food was tasty, but it lacked the traditional Trinidadian flavor. Réservez une table maintenant

Long overdue review but this place nobody else can compare to. The goat roti is my favourite and always consistent. Those that want a little more kick should try their in house hot sauce.
