Shanghai - Réserver une table

This was our regular Chinese, the food is really good and decent value, however unfortunately we will never be back again.Customer service tonight was appalling which is a real shame for the owners and chefs(who do a great job)The women working on the till dealing with phone/walk in orders was a disgrace! It was clear she could not cope with the volume of orders and was overheard saying she had lost track of the order tickets. Whilst I was waiting for my order she left the phone repeatedly and when she did answer it she told people they were too busy to take delivery orders great way to keep business.Also witnessed delivery drivers coming in to speak to her as they couldn 't get through on the phone when a customer quiered a payment.After waiting there for around 30 mins (60 odd mins after ordering) I discover the food was ready at the advised just eat time, she just didn 't check on this!I asked how long it had been sitting ready and the response I got was 'there is still heat in it '

Wait wait wait,The food is brilliant, sadly the wait makes it hard to enjoy it.You order online and get a timer of 1hr 30mins.1hr 45 mins later you call to a rather abrupt lady who says it will be another 30mins.....2 hrs minimum is sadly not worth the wait, shame as the food is really good, the servce is bad

Some of, if not the best I've tasted in Aberdeen. Honestly if u like good chinese, its fresh, hot and you get exactly what it says.
