I've been visiting Shanghai You Garden for a few years now, and it’s become a go-to comfort restaurant for me. All the dishes are delicious, especially the crab rice cake – highly recommended, it’s incredibly tasty! The prices are reasonable, and the food is served quickly. You definitely have to try the soup dumplings when you come here. There are plenty of vegetarian options too, with a wide variety to choose from. Plus, you even get a free dessert at the end!
Whenever I return to Flushing, I always order food from this restaurant at night and end up spending over $100 each time. Today, I don't feel like eating rice, but I am not allowed to exchange it for a bottle of mineral water without being criticized. The prices at this restaurant are too high for me to afford. I will not be coming back here again.
Amazing fresh food. Best Chinese I’ve ever had. The vibe and aesthetic of the place is amazing and the service was too! The fried dough and scallion pancake are SO DELICIOUS. Love the chili oil as well. I was able to find vegan options here.
I had dim sum dining in, ordering from the menu. Service was very fast and the food was excellent. Portion sizes were larger than I was used to. At most places I order 3-4 dishes, but here 2-3 was more than enough. It was cash only. Réservez une table maintenant
The food is authentic and the portions are generous. I really enjoyed the Shanghai rice cakes and udon. The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered us complimentary samples of a few dishes.
DeLICIOUS peking duck buns. The buns are soft, chewy, and melt in your mouth, accompanied by the divine, fatty duck with perfectly crispy skin.
This restaurant is not authentic Shanghainese cuisine at all. It's actually a deception serving Fujian-style dishes.
