I'm definitely not an expert in Shanghai cuisine or Chinese for this matter, but I tried at least a few places. This is my favorite total Chinese restaurant for a number of reasons, but at least, a place I do not recommend enough. The food is top notch to prepare in terms of quality, variety, portion and speed. Service is also good. The image below is the best product, a slightly broken (w/ seaweed! fried fish served with salt and pepper. A small vinegar puts it over the top. Other favorites are the eggplants with Bonito flakes, bbq pork belly, and xiao long Bao (Soup pork dumplings I argue are better than Din Tai Fung (or at least on place, cheaper and less wait!

That was our first visit in a long time. The menu points unique and taste good. It is a turn on the typical Chinese restaurant food that is good. We're leaving.
