Wild. We just moved to the area and were so excited to check out the local spot. It 's summer time. I didn 't realize there was a DRESS CODE for a hole in the wall community pub. Waaaay to posh for us anyway with that attitude. Boyfriend was wearing a tank top (not a wife beater, not something torn up and tattered, a nice tank because it 's 99 DEGREES IN MARYLAND.... okay... So we walk in and immediately get asked to leave. Is this Annapolis? Is this high school? I 've never been so turned off. You can 't wear that here HA only go in a suit and tie I guess. Can 't wait to never go back appropriately dressed ... Edit to reply: just as snarky as your staff. Not surprised. And this obsurd dress...
The food here is topnotch, like fancy restaurant food in a pub atmosphere, good music plays from the jukebox, nice crowd. Wonderful dinner specials linclude steaks and prime rib, lobster and salmon, the regular bar food is amazing too but the specials are by far some of the most amazing food I've ever tried in my life. Reasonably priced for the amount and quality. You won't regret trying out this place! It's my new favorite.
