Shard Riverside - Réserver une table

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We waited an hour for our main courses after our starters were cleared, and when they finally arrived, they were not great. We were initially told it would only be a minute longer, but the meal never showed up. When we complained, the staff seemed to avoid us, even though it wasn't busy at the time. One waitress was icy and defensive when my father pointed out his meal still hadn't arrived. In the end, we decided to leave and settle the bill at the bar because no one came to discuss our experience at the table. It was a disappointing and frustrating dining experience.

I took my boyfriend out for his birthday at this restaurant. It had been a few years since my last visit, but I was pleased to see that the restaurant had not changed. We both enjoyed our meal, the presentation was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Sandy, our server, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the near future.

My family and I went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon and we were the only ones there. The service was attentive, the dining room was clean and cozy, and the view of the river was lovely. The food was a bit expensive, but the portions were generous and the presentation was top-notch. Overall, we had no complaints about our experience.

I recently dined at Shard Riverside Inn and enjoyed a beautiful view of the River Wyre from the outdoor seating area. The tuna steak with warm Niçoise salad that I ordered was delicious, as was the huh kiew I tried the week before. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.
