I ordered 40 wings last night for my family. As a truck driver always on the road, I really appreciated the kindness of the cashier. I would definitely go back, especially since she spoke Spanish, which helped me since my English isn't very good. She encouraged me to write this review. I visited on Saturday night and ordered six wings and a soda. The cashier was rude, and I requested extra lemon pepper but didn't receive it on my food. The wings tasted old, and I was disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I've never experienced such poor customer service before! I won't be returning or recommending this place.
The customer service was great and my meal was freshly prepared. I ordered the large catfish filet dinner, which came with three pieces, along with coleslaw and fries. I also sampled their fried mushrooms. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
Nasties place you can ever go to. The food is precooked and greasy I’ll not be back. The customer service is horrible at night no one would pick up the phone and the cook has a nasty attitude… it’s ok y’all lost me as a customer Réservez une table maintenant
The food is amazing, but the customer service is terrible! I waited over 20 minutes for a drive-thru order. The young woman working the night shift on July 26 around 9:30 PM with blonde hair was very rude to me.
Nick at Sharks prepares incredibly delicious wings and fish, especially the perch. The restaurant is consistently clean and the atmosphere is friendly. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal. Food: 5/5
