I elected to not provide my name for the order and I stead requested a number, outof privacy concerns. I ordered my food to go. After paying with my card, I had ask for a receipt. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, and I really regret not visiting sooner. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young woman who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She even pointed out that my initial order was too much for one person and suggested a better alternative. I ended up ordering the chicken nacho grande, and it did not disappoint. I loved how the chips were evenly distributed, so every single one was topped with cheese, chicken, beans, and all the other delicious fixings. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Meh. I ordered the hot honey and Nashville hot tacos and they were okay, at best. To be honest, I think the fried chicken is fried wayyyy too long. The fried chicken was more crunchy than anything. If they weren?t fried too long, they would probably bebetter. We also ordered the chips and queso which is plant based. DONT ORDER IT. the queso literally came out like soup. Mypartner and I looked at each other and said ?cheese soup?? At the same time. It just wasn?t good. The highlight of our meal wasthe horchata and the agua Fresca drinks refreshing and tasty. But those are not worth giving Sharkeys more than 3 stars.
Today, I purchased two burritos from this restaurant. I ordered one without sour cream and the other with all the toppings. Unfortunately, they mixed up the orders, and the burrito that was supposed to be without sour cream ended up containing it. This was a serious issue since my friend is lactose intolerant. Please be mindful of orders—it can be dangerous for someone who has an allergy to a certain ingredient!

My 1 star is for Celica or Selica the curly hair girl very nice and professional. I came yesterday for a lunch and sadly the girl who takes my order was rude ,looks like some of the employees are not happy working there.. make me feel unwelcome and nono no.! Sharkys need to train your employees, horrible customer service.! Not like just to be years ago.! Sorry not coming back. :

The food was tasty. I placed my order online but ended up waiting at the restaurant longer than the app had indicated because DoorDash showed the food as still being prepared, even though it was already ready. Improved communication between the restaurant and the delivery app would be helpful, but overall, I’m satisfied with my order.
Great place for Mexican food after visiting the spa . Definitely recommend if you're looking for Mexican food.
