I regularly order from Sharon's Bakery in Edgware because their bagels are always delicious. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On a recent visit, the man working there was extremely rude to my wife in front of other customers. Despite being long-time customers and calling ahead to reserve bagels, we were told they had plenty of stock, only for her to arrive and find no bagels reserved.
