I love this place!! I thought I had already left good reviews for them but I am not seeing them on here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually a wait in line but I always use that time to decide what I want because once it is your turn they are pretty fast at boxing up the yummy stuff. Ice cream, French pastries and Arabic desserts. So amazing ?Beautiful cakes and other mothers day goodies because tomorrow is Mother's day on May 14, 2023
I visited this place many years ago, and it was very delicious. I visited again last week, and it didn't disappoint. The baklava is fantastic, the kunafa is something else, and their ice cream is alao very good. I have ordered from them online before, and it arrives in a couple days. It has also it has a nice seating area, and the peices are good too. This is my favorite sweets shop in the US.
If you have a sweet tooth, Shatila bakery is the place to be! This bakery is famous for its mouthwatering desserts. From classic Middle Eastern sweets to French-style pastries, there is something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the flavors are just perfect.I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who loves delicious treats.
Huge selection of sweets, Middle Eastern and western. Knafeh in sesame bread is usually amazing but they only had the orange one and wasn’t as decadent as usual, but still good. The ice cream was creamy and smooth. Very family friendly atmosphere. Clean place. Open late and great for a vice free night out! Réservez une table maintenant
Shatila is a great bakery with excellent food and coffee. It's chaotic and confusing if you've never been here before so you just have to jump in and get someone to help you. Overall, it was a good experience. Now that we're more familiar with the chaos and how to order, we'll visit again.
The best labenese katayef, suggest the fried ones with Qishta inside. The ice cream is homemade from Shatila and pistachio one is the most wanted one. The Kunafa was good but could be better. I gave the five stars review thanks to the amazing employees, very very welcoming
When in Detroit, you must stop by this bakery. The pastries are fantastic, especially the baklava which is top-notch. Be prepared for a wait when placing your order, so plan accordingly. The staff is friendly, though not everyone is fluent in English.
Amaaaazing that words can’t describe just go and try the Arabic Ice cream what a wow .And the Keinafah is great I really highly recommend them .And by the way Abeer was very welcoming and awesome ? by the ice cream station. Réservez une table maintenant
