So we stayed locally and rather than eat in the hotel we thought we'd help the local economy by eating out, choosing this place for an evening meal for the 3 of us.All started well, a warm welcome, a welcome drink and attentive ordering, and that's the best it got ..... we ordered food and waited , and waited and eventually got our naan bread, and nothing else ... we waited whilst others around us ( it was only 20% full) received food! So we asked, and were promised it's on its way .... and we waited , even a local couple who had finished and paid sat near us came over and told us to complain as our wait was unacceptable ! So we did (google translate is brilliant). So we asked again and hooray, food arrived ..... however we had eaten our naan so ordered another , the food order wasn't entirely accurate when it arrived and the food was distinctly average and over priced for the portion sizes .....we ate up realising eventually that one meal was incorrect , but when the bill arrived we had been (over) charged for the wrong meal, which when pointed out by my wife, was treated with some rudeness with the waiter insisting he'd checked , but ahh my wife had physically pointed to what she wanted on the menu , and he didn't like us pointing that out, taking the menu off my wife ...additionally we then had a discussion with the waiter in that we didn't feel we should pay in full as we had waited a good 70 mins for the food ... he apologised a little but it wasn't sincere, we agreed an amount and then a stroppy lady who managed the payments came over to also convey her dissatisfaction in a rude way, effectively demanding we pay more .....we didn't ! They were lucky we paid what we did frankly !!!So maybe we caught them on a bad day, I don't usually write such negative reviews but actually it's factual.... we still had a nice evening as it became a talking point for us , but sadly I wouldn't return or recommend I'm afraid ... sorry staff and owners but that's how it is ....
