I wish I had never found this place because now all I can think about is when I can get another pickle poutine!! The portions are very generous with loads of cheese. We also had the buffalo poutine which was amazing. When we paid we thought it was rather expensive but when you see what you get it's well worth the price and very reasonable. Hands down one of the best poutines I've ever had. Now I just have to use self control to not got there multiple times a week.
Shelby's is hands down the best chip wagon in Muskoka. I have never had a bad meal there. They don't serve anything fancy, just delicious burgers, fries, hot dogs, and more. They were a hit from day one and 20 years later, they are still going strong. Here's to another 20 years. If you have never been, make sure to stop by. You won't want to eat anywhere else. Cheers.
