Absolutely unfriendly service. 10 people are standing in line and the lady Gä..ner is chatting on the phone. When I said the number from the pillar she said I 'm busy on the phone right now . When she got off the phone she said yes what do you want? Although she knows that I filled up and now have to pay. She doesn 't fit this service-oriented job. It gets missed more often when there 's a little more to do. Because I often fill up at the Shell and noticed it many times. Nobody tells her anything wrong, although she is stressed most of the time.

Absolutely bad service Wanted to pick up a package from GLS and I had to wait 25 minutes. Because first all customers are served who come to tank. Only when no customer is in the store is you get the package. Unbelievable! Then the lady at the checkout filled up drinks and lets me stand. This should be service,impossible!!!!

In my opinion, you are here very unfriendly and when you come as a GLS customer you are 2 class. All Shell customers are preferred and as a GLS customer you have to wait until no other customer is in the store.
