My husband and I had a phenomenal meal and great customer service at Shells Seafood Brandon. Sam, our chef, prepared the Salmon Felix to perfection. The food was so delicious that we told Anthony our wonderful and attentive server that we wanted him to compliment the chef and he asked us if we would like to thank her ourselves so we did. It was a pleasure meeting Sam and complimenting her on our meals. I would highly recommend Shells Brandon for great seafood and service.
We were excited to come here, unfortunately they weren’t very accommodating for a family of five. Several tables open but we were asked to wait 30 minutes. They couldn’t bring a chair over to a booth to fit us for some reason. Seemed like plenty of room. He said he asked, we felt like he straight up lied. Shells exceeded expectations with a delightful dining experience. The lobster bisque was a flavorful delight, and the crab cakes were a perfect balance of crispy exterior and succulent interior. The ambiance and service added to the overall enjoyment, making it a memorable visit.
