I had a great experience at Shenanigans Irish Pub Grille in Long Beach. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively. I went for brunch with a friend and we were seated immediately. Our server, Teresa, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended the Irish Benedict and the Breakfast Burger, and we both agreed that they were excellent choices. Shenanigans never disappoints! This place is a terrific Irish designed pub, with the best bar, heated patio seating, and most attentive staff. Levi was our server today and as always took excellent care of my wife and me. I had the fish 'n chips, the 3 fish street tacos, I ordered the deep fried battered zucchini rounds with ranch dressing, the food was super hot and delicious, the new beer cooler is amazing: Guinness down to 26°F and incredible taste. In town to visit our son/gf I was looking for a fun spot for dinner near Shoreline Village on a Saturday night. Found Shenanigans via Yelp. It was such a fun atmosphere good food to enjoy a beautiful Sat evening. We had a table in the back near the outside seating marina. My group of 15-20 people came to this restaurant on a Saturday night. It was not busy at all, and we should have been cautious due to the name alone. We tried to order food, but the kitchen was closed. After asking management, we were able to order food for delivery. However, we were not permitted to eat it inside and had to go outside. Our night took a negative turn when a bartender accused one of us of hitting a security guard, even though it did not happen. The police were called, but we were happy to leave. this place is walking distance from my boat.Had to have the bangers n mash for $12.Really good price and very tasty.They didn't have HP sauce that is in every Brit/Irish pub.Its sacrilege to not put it on your bangers.I may just get my own as they didn't know what it was and didn't think they were getting it. Woke up on St Pattys day determined to get Irish nachos and we landed here. For being so busy from the holiday staff was super attentive and really fun. Had the nachos which were served with like a chili and I wasn't a fan ended up tasting like chili cheese fries. The shepherds pie was quite bland and my salad dressing was straight up warm. Now, the Reuben sand which was immaculate so buttery and flavorful and the bread was super toasted but not tough. Incredible sandwhich.
The food at this bar is surprisingly delicious. We shared two appetizers, had a steak sandwich, and the whiskey cake was absolutely amazing! Our server, Patrick, was fantastic - friendly, attentive, sociable, and very helpful. The ambiance was wonderful, especially when we visited during the Cali Vibe Festival. The outdoor seating area had a live band called The Lucky Ones playing on Saturday, which added a nice touch to our experience.

We came on a Wednesday evening around 6 pm. There were just a few people there, so seating wasn't an issue. Our server was the bartender, and she was great. Our food came quickly and it was good. We got the loaded tater tots and bangers and mash. I liked the tots better than the banners and mash. The portions were larger than I expected, so for the price, it was a great deal.
