Arrived to one other customer in the shop (Sunday night, 7pm) and three staff behind the counter, totally ignored for a good five minutes like they were rushed off their feet. Eventually served by a very young lad whilst the manager just watched. Spent £25.00 on food, then remembered I forgot to order chips and curry sauce for my son. Ordered and went to pay the £4.20 served by the manager (so it said on the back of her tee shirt) and asked for an extra 50p to cover card charges as my order was below £5.00. Explained I’d just paid £25 for food and she shrugged, said sorry and walked away. What great customer services from a Manager, then topped off with mediocre cold food !!!
I’ve been here twice now and both times the food has been really good quality, particularly the meat. Portion sizes are really good except the salt and pepper chicken, I thought that could have been bigger and needed more veg. The prices in the store are reasonable but they charge more on the app with a service charge which I don’t like. The foods always been hot and they have a good variety of choice. The young staff that work there are lovely and professional too.
Excellent takeaway with friendly delivery drivers and delicious food. Salt pepper chicken and chips are to die for. I have frequented this Chinese/ chippy over my last three years of being in Chester and have only been let down once which was during the World Cup. Manager quickly responded to a complaint sent via email and refunded the cost. Since then there have been no issues and it is still my favourite place to order food from.
they have already gone into this take for a few months, had never had a bad meal and we must have 2-3 more ripped out in the month of here. tonight we ordered more and there were a few of our meals absent from the bag, full friday night I totally understand. a quick call later and a series of excuses, we received another bag with a complete order. can not fail the service, thank you again and will use it again

the first time in chester and was a bit comprehending to use a takeaway I was not familiar with; but the shop looked really nice, so I thought I would go, and I was not disappointed, had a nice piece of fish and chips and my girlfriend had a Chinese dish (I am not sure what it was) and she also said delicious. look forward to my next trip to chester where I will use the sheradon again
We ordered Chinese food on Saturday 9/3/24 through Deliveroo at 7.45pm maximum delivery time given as 9.05pm. Got to 9.10pm, order acknowledged and told driver was on the way. Tried ringing at 9.30pm phone rang out. Got through at 9.45pm was told again with driver. I cancelled. We were clearly lied to. 2 hungry parents with a small child so we couldn't wait longer.
the fish was really beautiful, the most beautiful I had for a long time everywhere. I pulled 1 star off for the chips that were unfortunately rather bitty. Maybe it was just a bad potato factory? Anyway, I will definitely be back if only for the fantastic fish!
We had a Valencia which we have had before from here. I would say it was not a patch on the last couple of time we ordered in. I’m not a big meat eater so I was as normal looking for the onions, peppers and prawns………….. where are the prawns????

Fantastic family run Chinese one of the best in Chester. I've had the Black Bean Green Pepper, Chicken Honey and Wandering Dragon dishes and loved the lot of them. Thank you, will be back soon!
