Sheraton Zürich Hotel

The Nuovo Café and Bar is locate adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel Zuri-West lobby. The café can be easily accessed with public transit Tram #4 (Toni Areal). There is a nice sidewalk and outdoor patio seating area. Inside, there are comfortable padded lounge chairs, high stools and tables, bar stools, a wall-mounted TV, free Wi-Fi, spotless restrooms and a friendly young lady at the bar on my visit. I ordered a soy milk hot chocolate (7.30CHF) and the young lady brought me out a cookie to have with my beverage. Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind modern und sauber ausgestattet. Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotel selber ist sehr gut angebunden durch Straßenbahn und im Notfall per Uber. Executive Lounge bietet sehr gutes Essen und ist schön gestaltet. Wie immer bei Hotels der Kette Marriott (abseits Moxy), bin ich absolut begeistert und kann auch dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Die schriftlich vereinbarten Konditionen wurden nicht eingehalten. Im Gegenteil, es wurde der Kreditkarte mehr belastet als schriftlich abgemacht! Eine Rückerstattung wurde nur unter nicht akzeptablen Bedingungen zugestanden. Amateur- bzw. stümperhaftes Vorgehen in der Administrationsabteilung des Sheraton Zürich Hotels, verbunden mit unnötigem Ärger und Aufwand!

Ate here one night after finishing business on the late side. Good selection of things to eat. Great Beer. quick service. Comfy chairs. Zurich is generally very expensive and this place was no more costly than anywhere else Réservez une table maintenant

Weird location with tramlines within 20m and two overhead train lines. Staff seemed a bit grumpy, but food fine. Not a very extensive menu though.

Nuovo has excellent collection of Liquor. Apart from drinks, Pizza and Pasta at this restaurant are really good.
